The main Bemasa Caps factory has been located in Molina de Segura, Murcia, since 1990. It covers over 18,000 m², of which 10,000 m² are given over to production. Various lug cap formats are manufactured in this town in the Murcia region, and used by the agrifood industry all over the world.

We currently export around 50 percent to countries including Germany, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Morocco, USA, Chile, Peru and Japan, among others.

We also offer our clients a wide range of prints and finishes, with increasingly short and competitive delivery times.

The Middle East and North Africa has been one of the most important markets for Bemasa Caps for several years.

In order to meet the ever-increasing demand from existing customers in this area and to branch out into new markets in North Africa, the company opened a production facility in Egypt in 2016, which began working in 2017.

Bemasa Egypt became the company's first international project.

The factory is located in Cairo's industrial area, has a total of 50 employees and an initial annual production capacity of more than 200 million units; in addition to the two formats produced in Spain - easy-open lug caps with diameters of 99 and 73 millimetres - it manufactures a new cap with a diameter of 52 millimetres.
